Late arrivals go to the end. If you do not report to the check-in desk by your assigned time, you will be moved to the last performance slot. We run a very tight schedule. Please do not discuss or give reasons for delay.
- Check-in desk is on the right side of the stage (when facing the stage).
- Please do not crowd the back of the stage. Only the next 2 performance groups should be lined up there at any time.
- No confetti or strings allowed at the event location.
- Any props used on stage must be cleaned up immediately after your performance.
- No rehearsal allowed on stage Friday afternoon or Saturday before the event.
- Road closures are expected and parking nearby will fill up. Carpool or Uber is strongly recommended. See Parking Guide →
- Photos and videos of performances should be taken outside the front boundary for everyone's safety and visibility.

- The stage is triangular, not rectangular — plan your choreography accordingly.
- A ramp (8ft wide × 12ft long) is available for use during performances.
- There is only one entry and exit to the stage.
- Performers may enter from the front if they are comfortable climbing up to the stage.
